Thanks for posting this link! I love the design of the Mimic bugs, so I appreciate having more detail as to how they were created by de Toro and his crew. I remember how del Toro kept mentioning the "Mimic bible" when discussing the bugs on the Director's Cut Blu ray; if he ever publishes this document, I'd pick it up in a heartbeat.

Rick Lazzarini does mention, on his site, a 'Mimic making of' book he wants to publish. Who knows, perhaps it may see the light of the day sometime.
I still have to get the DC Blu-Ray. I actually might have to import it or else, as it has not come yet here.
