Did anyone else notice...
In the beginning, Sorvino has The Judas breed in a jar with holes. It's dead suspended in a solution. Why does it need holes in the jar?

It looked to me like the one-way valve holes (like those found on bags of coffee). Although, I'm not sure how the liquid wouldn't head out the same valve??? It may have just been a double lid of some sort. I did notice the holes immediately, but then when a light hit them, they did appear black leading me to believe there may have been some sort of membrane in there.
As to the other discussion: just because something is in a preservative liquid, doesn't mean that stops decay... over time the solution itself can destroy the sample as well, creating the gases that you guys were talking about. Maybe Mira knows why... (chuckles to himself because she's stupid. lol)
