What is the name of the movie that used the cable car chase footage?

Some cheesy B-movie used the entire scene (with the caddy, not the fight between Eddie and Michael). There were two guys in a caddy, chasing the cable car. They came up with some lame excuse for the guy to duck down in the seat so you could only see the driver. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

No problem. I have never seen the movie Epicenter so I do not know. But they had that as 'Edited Into' on the Metro profile.

What is the name of the street that chase takes places on in SF? Is it California Street?
