On Tonight
its on BBC 2 in the UK and i for one am watching Sam Rockwell is an awesome actor
shareand they gave it 4 stars, not bad. shame its on so late tho - but always worth staying up for sam rockwell x
sharethey did indeed give it four stars must be a pretty good film becasue theyre usually very picky on films i mean Sleepers and Gangs of New York only got a 3 but Lawn Dogs got a 4 must be decent well it will be if Sam Rockwells in it ill meet you here after the film and you can tell me what you though of it
sharewow... i just watched in for the first time & it's an amazing film.
for years my dad told me a little girl in a film called lawn dogs reminded him of me - it was only recently i found out the girl was mischa barton. i never imagined the film would be anything like it is... i adore the imagery - the ribbons in the tree, devon holding the flag out the car letting it blow in the wind. i loved the real class difference - how the rich boy isn't questioned when he touches devon but kurt is.
the story devon kept telling was wonderful - i love how it tied into things.
the ending was amazing,, totally speechless!
I Just finished watching it on bbc2, and i must say i thought it was very good. It was a different type of film to watch. The acting by Sam and Mischa was excellent. And i loved the friendship between them. I even shed a tear at the end of it..........

Frank- [Crying] You're my boy, Blue! You're my boy.
I just finished watching it as well; thought it was brilliant.
I knew nothing whatsoever about it, only that it was called Lawn Dogs, and I happened to switch over to it JUST as it was starting, and I'm glad I did :)
Really well-acted, and very enjoyable.
4 stars? NAY! I SAY 5!
eh?
hmm it was okay. there were some beautful shots and the main characters were well developed but it wasn't perfect like i didnt like the fantasy element at the end, the film really could have done without it. sticking with the BBC on 4/5 lol x
