Does anyone know the name of the song at the end when Devon is in the tree and Trent is driving?

Thanks...but I've tried to find it by searching under the name of the guy who wrote the score...but I've been having a lot of trouble locating it...ner.

I thought it was the score too.
You sometimes can't get some pieces of score music for films/tv.
