Yes!, oH, wait.. oh yuk, ugh.. a bit predictable

This movie had me for 10-20 minutes, then when the young girl formed a relationship with Sam's character, AND HE LET HER, I lost hope for a fulfilling experience. I just didn't feel comfortable with the relationship between the young girl, and the lawn maintenance guy.. turned me off the whole rest of the movie. I kept waiting for the inevitable downfall of Sam's character due to his letting the young girl become his friend.. Sorry, just too creepy and Predictable for me!
(Not to mention that Sam looked too much like Eric McCormack for me in this movie! )

Well done - in thinking it is predictable you have completely missed the entire point of the film. 10 points for being predictable in your reaction. Oh and predictable is not a proper noun and should not be capitalised mid-sentence.

I guess I missed the Point too -- whatever it wAs. Yuk.

he probably should have drove her home and told her parents the first time she came to his home. definitely when she came wanting to sleep over. but he saw how lonely she was and that she was reaching out to him and he, being pretty lonely too (no friends, his 'girlfriend' is embarrassed to acknowledge him) he caved

there was nothing sexual or romantic in their relationship, just a close friendship doomed to be misunderstood
