How about "Digging To China" with Evan Rachel Wood & Kevin Bacon. Evan was only 10 years old at the time.

Yep, you're right! I also just watched Down in the valley, it reminded me a lot of Lawn Dogs, just a hint for whoever is searching for something similar to this movie.

'Lawn Dogs' is one of my favs along with '12 and Holding' where Zoe Weizenbaum is a precocious young girl goes after Jeremy Renner. Like Lawn Dogs, there is exceptional acting.

Lolita isn't really the same, it's more of one man obsessing over the girl but the relationship is one way though sexual.
