From whom was that notebook with the fbi accesscode and how did the person get that code??
The notebook belonged to that russian snitch working with the russian ambassador and the CIA/FBI. He was giving info to the Jackal. I guess the russian dude had security clearance to get the code, and with it he read the report about the spanish chick.
