Deleted Scenes

Anyone know if the DVD has deleted scenes? I don't like the movie enough to buy the DVD but my wife and I were in this movie as extras and the scenes got deleted.... unfortunately that whole part of the plot got deleted (may have helped ;) if they had kept it. Funny how that works... six days worth of filming scrapped.

If anyone knows of deleted scenes... please let me know.

thx,
LDM

I've got the DVD, and there aren't any deleted scenes.

There are a couple of deleted scenes. One deals with Gere trailing Willis via cellphone. Gere is all wound-up, while Willis is his cool, calm, assassy-self. Note how clear their reception is over the cellphone: only in the movies. The alternative ending is way better. Get it!

What is the alternative ending? Please!?

Spoilers, for those who don't want to know, don't read further.

There are several deleted scenes. I will recall them the best I can.

1. Gere tracks the cell phone he uses to Brighton beach, New York. Where he and Carter stake out a shop, owned by the Russian mafia. They eventually bust them all and Gere calls Willis, who is sitting in a park. He has a conversation with him, where he offers to pay him off to walk away and let him complete his mission. Gere refuses, and the conversation ends.

2. Willis seduces a southern woman to use her home to avoid the police (or some reason). The also makes a call on his cell phone from her bathroom. She learns of his identity at one point and I believe he kills her. Gere and Carter track him because of this.

I think there are a few small little scenes on top of this...

The alternative ending is that Gere's love interest.. the Spanish chick kills Willis in cold blood, rather than Gere doing it.

I can't recall it all, as it's been awhile since I've seen it. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, or missing something.

Another deleted bit that isn't on the DVD: The female cop hits Ghazzi's bodyguard with her gun before she goes into the nightclub at the very beginning. I was there as an extra.
