What better methods could The Jackal have used to kill in the end?

I thought the whole setup with the mini gun was too erroneous and troublesome. He had to hire some dumbass who spoke nonstop and then haul it around everywhere. Then pretended to be gay to attract some guy's clearance and car to set it up. Then disguised himself a dozen times. Rent a boat. Have people track him and take time out to fire fight with them on on the dock and at the house while playing Van Halen or something. Of course that's done for presentation only.

Better methods to kill the target would have been to use the same spray he did on the car latch. The Jackal should have been stealthier. He was until the end. Poison the Lady Pres. Disguised as someone to get near her and do something else besides a big commando gun. The Jackal could take a lesson from Gere's character in the movie The Double. Of course Gere was in this one as well. LOL.
