Just watched Jackal(Bruce Willis)again and seem to recall another film with a train in a cemetery in the closing scenes.Can you recall a film,probably in the last 10-15 years?

This scene is something I like to watch in this movie, a good ending that the FBI director just let him go, the train just hid him from view, signifying he's free man.
