Wow. Really???

He saw her on TV being interviewed. And he has the word "WOMEN" in his head. And he knew the director had been scheduled to be at the new hope opening...where (obvious conclusion) he knew the first lady was a keynote speaker. AND still attending ; as opposed to director FBI brown, who they were protecting.

It's a pretty easy assumption once he realized there was more to the line "tell declan he can't protect his women"

When the jackal parks his van up in the underground garage, what was the stuff he sprayed onto the tailgate handle which made a terrorist die when he touched it ?

Because, like, it was in the script. Not that it made any sense or anything... but then again, none of the film did.
