Did willis really kiss that other guy?

did he really kiss the gay dude in the bar?
Could never believe Willis would ever do such a thing, its completely unlikely for his person actually :-D

He's an actor playing a role. If the director tells him to kiss a guy, the only thing he asks is "with or without tongue?"

I am driver. I go left, I go right, I go straight ahead - that's it.

reply

It's impossible to tell if he actually kissed the guy by the way its shot but I'd say yes. Like trivial matt says--he's an actor playing a role. A good male actor realizes that and would just do it.

reply

he's playing a guy getting paid $70 million for the mission. gotta play the part

reply

Did it give you a boner afterwards?

reply

I did. Well, I'm a female but you know.

Even if he didn't actually get into the kiss and it was a clever peck, he sure as hell acted and sold the 'being gay' thing very convincingly.

So if you are homophobic or consider he might be and was reluctant and put boundaries, even without the kiss we can assume he'd have been feeling really ill over how well he flirted with the other actor being gay with him.

It's really pathetic that anyone in 2012 still thinks that being an action star means you aren't likely to be a diverse actor, to have acted as a gay man in a film role.

It's even more pathetic that there are "degrees" of measuring gay that is baffling to logic. He can be in a gay bar, and seduce a guy with looks and be all close to him in a cubicle surrounded by background activity doing the same, and he use his voice to give the guy a hard on basically.. but Oh no if he kisses him for 2 seconds before he leaves? "I CANT BELIEVE HE KISSED A GUY IN THIS MOVIE! EWWW"

Like as if that is way too far but seducing a guy and whispering to him and giving him the "i want you" looks is not as gay (in homophobic terms)

reply

No matter how many laws you pass and however many public service announcements are aired you are not going to make this society agree with you. But trying to brainwash kids in government schools you may have something time will tell.

reply

It's hardly "homophobia", which is really just a political combat term used by whiny asshats who can't stomach that some people don't agree with them.

reply

no it was done with cgi.

When you get to hell, tell them Itchy sent ya.

reply

Yes, there are no gay people in Hollywood. Usually a body double is hired.

````````````
Imagine that.
reply
Due to the way it was shot, I would say he didn't. I mean, if he REALLY kissed the guy, why would they only imply it?
reply
I think he touched his mouth to the other guy's mouth, but he didn't really get into it. The mouths weren't open.
When this movie was released, Bruce Willis spoke about the kissing scene. . . he said he felt the scene was important to show what kind of character the Jackal was, that he could blend in to any situation and would do whatever it took to get the job done. Pretty neat motivation for an actor, and Willis was proud of the scene. So much so, that when preview audiences started cheering when he killed the gay guy, Willis insisted the scene be reshot so that it was clear WHY the Jackal killed him- not because he was gay, but because he put 2 and 2 together about the Jackal's identity. Bruce Willis was not happy that guys in the audience were cheering the death of an innocent gay man and wanted to make it more clear why his character killed him.
100% did not kiss the dude. tricky camera cutting and the pull away after the kiss does not show their actual lips touching. did. NOT. kiss.
