Was Jonas with Tanja?

I can't understand the conversation that Jon and Jonas have where Jon says "I don't know if I can trust you, you don't even sleep at night," and Jonas says "Who told you?" Jon replies, "Tanja." Does this imply that Tanja and Jonas were together? After all, they said Tanja had only been in town for 9 months. Perhaps they were together in Oslo and Jonas asked for the case when he found out she was murdered?

This would also explain: 1) Jonas caressing Tanja during autopsy, 2) Jonas visibly enraged during final confrontation when Jon mentions that Tanja was caressing his face, and 3) Jonas smelling Tanja's dress (perhaps remembering her scent?)

Thoughts?

But Jon also said "she still visits me at night". He was playing games with him, also when he said "That friend of yours, did he get too close to you? Was that why you shot him?"
