Did Annie and Tom?

In the movie, did anyone get the impression that they made love on the night when the kissing scene took place?

No
and No they didn't

No, they were out in a quiet campground with dozens of family members around -- not a good place to stage sexual escapades.

Frankly there wasn't any real good place they could have done it -- the Booker family house was no good because there were family members in every room and the guest house was no good because Grace was in the bedroom next door.

So if they ever actually did get down and dirty and do anything beyond just a bit of smooching it would probably have been when they went on their hours-long horse ride, and it certainly didn't look warm enough that day than stripping down would have seemed very inviting.

From experience "warm enough" has nothing to do with doing the deed. Otherwise people who live in the far north would never procreate...

I remember one especially hot encounter in an unheated tent at 5 below zero. By the end neither of us were clothed or covered and yet we were sweating.

 Good way to keep warm on a freezing night.

I'm in agreement with everyone else: They didn't; and the movie is better for it.

At the end when she asked, "Can we have one last ride?" I had the definite impression she didn't mean horses. Seconded when she drove off as he was saddling up.
