What band is playing that intro song????

When the intro credits are running and all that space trash is flying by, what band is playing? I didn't see it anywhere in the end credits and I've spent way too long searching on the net; that's how I ended up here. Please someone e-mail me and let me know ( [email protected] ). Man, this is one of my favourit animated movies. I'm also wandering about the song in the beggining. I got the soudtrack but it's not there!! I need to find that song. Anyone ??

I'm not a reliable source on the subject, but I think it's likely to be called "No Return".

The track is Voivod's "Ion", and can be found on the KRONIK CD that came out about the same time.
