at the end, when Sydney shoots Jimmy. How loud was that? Half of Vegas must have heard it. Should've used a silencer, like Bond, waiting for his target to return to the room. Who else thought he needed to take out the hooker as well?

I know exactly what you mean by him taking out the hooker to cut all the loose ends. But at the same time that would seem out of character, I don't see Sydney killing woman to begin with.
