just saw the movie, have some questions

In the movie Estella says something in french and Finn responds "I don't speak French" and Estella says another line in french then leaves.

I don't speak french either.

Anyone know what she said? Thanks.

Also, I don't know about anyone else but I was lead to believe that Ms. Dinsmoor was the one supplying Finn with the funds to pursue his art career. Then Arthur claims he was the one giving up the cash, purchasing the paintings and feeding Finns career. Was Arthur making this up? Or was he really behind Finns "success."

Something else that crossed my mind and not sure if it was addressed: Could Arthur have been the one to stand Ms. Dinsmoor up at the alter?
