It has been answered before but the thread seems deleted...
It is not central park, but a smaller NY park.
Does anybody know?

C'mon people! There has to be a New Yorker at imdb boards! It must be Manhattan but it is not central park!

Just now watching it on TV, but it's late night so there's no guarantee I'll watch the whole thing. Do you mean the drinking fountain where they meet again? It's in Tompkins Square Park.
