They've changed most of the names
seems a little unnessecary to me

Finnegan Bell = Phillip Pirrip, known as Pip
Estella Dinsmoor = Estella Havisham
Ms. Dinsmoor = Miss Havisham
The Convict/Lustig = Abel Magwitch
Joe = Joe Gargery
Maggie = Mrs. Joe (we never find out her first name in the book)
Those are all the main characters that have the same or similar role in the book and the film. There are a ton more important characters in the book that were taken out of the story for the movie.
