Location Goof?

Finns New Art studio penthouse location is scetchy.In the scene when Deniro returns he calls the Police and says 111 Greenwich,But when Finn is dancing on the roof earlier and other shots it is clearly in brooklyn somwhere looking at the manhattan skyline.Am I wrong here,also the building is big and looks industrial like in brooklyn and queens,not the vill.

If you look again you'll notice that its the Jersey skyline right across from Greenwich Village and the Hudson River. Look at how wide the river is it can't be the East River. Also, the lower manhattan skyline has waaaay more buildings and alot taller ones.
