Better than the 1946 film
I've read the novel by Dickens and watched the 1946 film adaptation. Although the latter had carried on by the book, this modern take on the novel is definitely more entertaining. The musical score, camera work, and even acting is better. Anyone may disagree, but this is how I see it.
