Your top sci-fi of the 90s?

I'm thinking Gattaca, purely based on complexity of characters and structuring of the script would be my #1 of the decade.

My top ten would be

Gattaca
Strange Days
The Matrix
Cube
Ghost In The Shell (the Japanese version with subs)
Terminator 2
Jurassic Park
Tweleve Monkeys
Open Your Eyes (with subtitles)
The Truman Show

Twelve Monkeys is one of my top 10 of all time along with pretty much anything else Terry Gilliam did.

I'd also add The Fifth Element to that list for the 90s. Galaxy Quest if you want to include scifi parody.
