Anton..possible spoilers
So where was Anton at the end? First I thought he was lying by the car with Vincent, but he wasn't. He just disappeared from the movie. How was this resolved? Thanks!
shareAfter Vincent saved Anton's life for a second time, I guess the "sibling rivalry" and the dispute between them was settled; Anton couldn't maintain anymore that Vincent needed someone to look after him, Anton couldn't deny that Vincent was perfectly capable of taking care of himself, in his own way. So with that out of the way, that part of the story was done and the Anton character became unimportant; all that remained to be told was how Vincent prepares for his trip, says goodbye to Eugene and gets on the shuttle to Titan. If I remember correctly, the rest of the movie didn't show us Irene again either.
