Women can't be Navy SEALS
Seriously, look it up. Women can't be in submarines either. Due to what it does to there menstraul cycle.
Not sure if thats the sole reason why the can't be Navy SEALS though.

True, But in Sweden women are allowed to work side by side with men on subs.
shareTrue, so many women in such close proximately puts them all on the same cycle...wreaks havoc on the plumbing.

Forth, and fear no darkness!
I find that kind of offensive. I was stating a fact that flaws this movie (yes its a just a movie) but i wasn't poking any fun at women.

The fact isn't flawed... your premise is. She was not training to be a Navy Seal. Navy seal "type" training was included. The trainees are part of a Combined Reconnaissance Team (CRT); hence, the training is not identical to Navy SEAL training, as it combines elements from all the branches.
shareHere's where your wrong, I quote you saying, "She was not training to be a Navy Seal."
If that's the case, why did the master chief have a ceremony at the end of the movie where he is pinning the SEAL trident on every sailors uniform?
I'm not trying to get into an argument here, but the Master Chief is not "pinning" anything onto anyone's uniform. He is handing, what looks to be a Seal/CRT pin, that has what appears to be a skull, surrounded by wings, with stars over it's head. At the bottom of the pin are arrows. It doesn't look like a typical trident, but there IS something that looks like a staff, that cuts the Seal/CRT logo apart. Then the middle tine appears to go under the skull with the outer tines going around the skull, cutting through the wings, making it look as though there are "underwings". The Navy Seal insignia could be part of this "Seal/CRT" pin. I looked up the Seal pin. The Trident is going side to side and the Seal/CRT is going up. Either way, it's not the Seal pin and I'm pretty sure, being a member of the Combined Reconnaissance Team, she's not a full blown Seal. CRT was made up for the movie anyways, so this argument is moot.
