what is the song at the beginning of the film that continually says COME ON COME ON, i tried to google the lyrics but i don't have much to work with...

shareEr - can't remember if this was ever in the film (and given the singer's activities, probably it won't be) but the only likely number I know that starts and goes like that is "Leader of the Gang" (Do ya wanna be in my gang?) by Gary Glitter (1973 or 74). Check out said Glitter (aka Paul Gadd) on Wikip or somewhere to see what the naughty boy's gangs lately consist of....

i thought only "Rock and Roll pt. 2" was used of Glitters', but "Leader of the Gang" was indeed used for the Chippendales scene.
