Is the truck Selma drives the same one in Desperado?

Not the exact same car, but almost - according to IMCDb.org, in FOOLS RUSH IN she drives a 'International Harvester Scout' while in DESPERADO it's apparently a bit of a newer model - 'International Harvester Scout II'

It has been mentioned on this board the International Harvester in Fools Rush In is a 1976 International Harvester Scout II

I thought the same thing...awesome vehicle! But the one in Desperado was more lifted and throaty-sounding.
