He's what? Going to die? Become possessed again? I didn't understand that part... what will happen to him because of the writing on his chest?

I think he meant Azazel would come back to kill Sam, like the others he had left his mark on. Now, before killing Sam, he very well have made him kill others. That was what he had done with Reese and what he said he would to Hobbs at the end.
sharei think Sam is safe at this point. for one thing, Azazel likely won't know where he is or who he is with, but more than that, i think Azazel was just using the threat of killing Sam to 'get at' Hobbes. i think, if Hobbes were still alive, Azazel would definitely have killed Sam, but now that he is dead the 'fun' would be gone. killing Sam wouldn't mean anything to anyone now that his father and uncle are both dead.
