That makes sense. But I guess I just assumed that in a rush and at gunpoint the doctor didn't go out of his way to say "oh by the way would you like me to make your body paunchier like his too? 'cause we can do that too."
Also the next line is about boning his wife and I don't get the connection. Unless he means that because of his changed body he can't have sex with hotter women like he used to...
