That's probably why he complains to Tito about his face itching so bad after the surgery. I mean, those stray clipped hairs you find after a haircut itch bad enough normally. Gotta be 10x worse when they're under your transplanted face!

I'd guess the doctor was coerced by the angry, faceless Troy, and told him about the mission and who all was involved. He said he killed everyone who knew, so maybe he rounded up that team of scientists, too (big maybe) In any case, their lives paled in significance to that of TITO
