One thing that always makes me laugh.

When Sean Archer (posing as Castor Troy) first talks to Pollux in prison, for no reason what so ever Pollux immediately "tests" his brother by asking him what was the medication he takes. Like this guy has a 100% voice match (As evident from the lab test earlier) and has Castor Troy's ACTUAL face on but for some reason his brother after talking to him for 5 seconds jumps to the conclusion that this may actually be someone else posing as his brother using his brother's own voice / face / body type.

Pollux was a paranoid schizophrenic.

It looks a bit sweaty in there so you may need to apply baby powder Zapp Brannigan

reply

Right - I thought that was weird, too.

reply

That's because his initial reaction in fight was little doubtful, oppose to Castor and Pollux was paranoid person so that explains.

Just about everything in this movie makes me laugh. Oddly, the one incident you have pointed out as not making sense actually DOES make sense. He didn't become suspicious after "five seconds" of talking to him; there was an entire (non-verbal) scene which led up to that discussion which made him suspicious (on top of the fact that they established his character as being particularly paranoid even on a regular day). Not sure but maybe you missed all of that non-verbal communication before they actually talked?

"Why couldn't the monkey arrange this from INSIDE the garbage can?"

reply

And the even dumber part was him then giving away he tricked the brother into admitting it. Like any sane person would do that, chancing the brother realizes it and then knows how to change the location or something.
