Was when Castor Troy in Archer's body had woken up on the table without a face on. I would have been too grossed out if I saw how he looked without a face on when he was talking to the doctors.

Castor was in his own body, not Archer's, when he woke up without a face.

why did you turn away for? they never showed his faceless head anyways. you only see a faint image of it in the reflection

That wasn’t Castor in Archer’s body, that was just Castor without a face.
