Now its been YEAAAAAAARS since I've seen this. But I don't remember it being THAT bad as its warned.

not necessarily a lot of sex, but a lot of talk about sexual things. Like Peter's best friend and his sexcapades. It's like an early attempt at American Pie content.

There was absolutely no explicit sex scenes in this film, although there was some nudity. i.e breast

No real sex, but they're talking about it in practically every scene.
