Where were you?

I remember the night I heard of Chris Farley's death. I was in my mother's Van. We were either leaving or entering the Hospital parking lot. I heard it over the radio. I still remmeber the feeling. I guess someone who could make you laugh is important to anyone. I miss him more then any other actor that has ever passed. I hope he rests in peace. I just hope he has peace with god. I'm not sure what kind of a person he really was, but he sure was different. Anyway, lets remmeber Chris Farley. The man, the myth, the legend...

i remember when i found out he had died
it was morning & my alarm & radio went off,
i was half asleep when i heard the radio dj
say that chris farley had died (i was half asleep)
& was like ????huh-i thought it was a joke
so i turned the tv on to Mtv (because thats how
i found out about kurt cobaine's death) & sure
enough they said he had died

i was so sad,i actually cried,he is one of the
only celebs i've cried over when they died
i remember the feeling too,but i was even sadder
when i found out more about him-about his drug use
& how depressed & lonely he was

I was in my bed at the aparment me and my mom and my a**hole step-dad lived in when mom and him first married. I was still asleep and i remember mom coming in there and saying "who's chris farley again?" and i very groggly said "he's the fat guy from Tommy Boy (that's how i used to remember him)" she then said "oh yea i loved him, well he just died it's on MTV if you want to watch it" i then turned on my tv and sure enough there it was reports that Chris Farley died. and for your info KYLE STYLE 111 i'm not so sure he was right with God...or at least not right enough to well..ya know...but just because a man doesn't go to Heaven or whatever doesn't mean that he wasn't a great guy and wasn't a funny person because chris farley is definitely a great comedian certainly one of the best. he's definitely a physical comedian.

I was at a friends house, inline skating and listening to music on the radio. The announcement came on, I remember, and I had to sit down for sheer disbelief and shock. I will always remember his heart attack scenes in SNL and his amazing chemisty with David Spade in their memorable duo movies, Tommy Boy and Black Sheep. I also distinctivly remember the moments when tupac, BIG, and ODB died. Funny how celebs can make the average man chock up a little.

My parents and brother were getting some Tickets for Titanic at AAA. I was waiting in the car and my brother comes in and he said he over heard a girl talking over the phone saying that He was dead. At first I didn't belive it but then at school the next day, My friend Jimmy told me in our computer lab.

Chris Farley (although his final moments didn't show it) was an extremely religious person and donated money to churches constantly.

I was holed up in a two dollar whorehouse just over the border with a 13 year old, smoking opium, when a red haired man with one eye, missing a foot, burst through the door, screamed that Farley was dead, and collapsed in a quivering heap on the floor. The owners of the whorehouse called in grief counsellors and we sat up all night drinking tea and discussing his life. As the sun came up, we all went up on the roof and formed a drum circle, which has continued non-stop, to this day.
