No dedication to Chris Farley at the end?

Why was there no dedication to Chris Farley at the end? cos whenever an actor dies before their film releases it usually says at the end of the film "In Memory of" and the year the actor was born and died. The makers of this film could have at least included something as a sign of respect.

I'm not sure because I've only seen 2 movies with dedications, but I think it's only if the actor dies during filming. I think this movie was completed before Chris Farley died. Still, I'd probably put in "In Memory of Chris Farley 1964-1997: You were the man!"

"Is the hot tea hot or cold?"
"Is the tea iced tea?"
"No, it's HOT tea!"
"Then I have no idea!"
