The cameras ruin it
Very good movie, minus the way it was filmed. It looks like it is home-made the way they do it.It is hard to explain,it just looks dumb. You have to watch it for your self to see.7/10
shareSurprising (I admit it's been too many years since I've seen the film to remember how it was filmed exactly) considering Willis photographed the Godfather trilogy and Allen's best 70's work.
..."Where have all the good times gone," said Van Halen...
As much as I didn't even think this was a good movie (incoherent, and stylistically horrible, and then some), I totally agree. This movie looked terrible. Pretty much 90% of the time I was thinking, 'Woah, that's bad.' or 'Woah, I'd shot that waaaay different.'. Not that I'm a cinematographic mastermind, it just looked friggin ugly.
sharei didn't think it was ugly or great cinematopraphy, just painfully bland. i don't think any thought went into the compostion of shots
