They do have police precincts on Staten Island where arrested suspects are dropped off. That was just ridiculously stupid.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

Yes but Tom felt personally responsible for him. He was hardly going to drop him off at any old precinct, say 'here's the terrorist that's been living in my basement', and disappear!

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time Del Boy, it's them that started me drinking!
