i don't like movies about the church or exorcism but movies about satan or the devil living amongst us in society in human form are so intriguing , any recommendations ? thanks

Indeed. It was an odd decision to make, but it would ruin the film if somewhere to read the title, yet simultaneously, as you mentioned "how can someone know the film to view it without seeing my post". It's a conundrum lol
Great film indeed, one of my favorites, but it's pretty hard watch though due to the final act. Pretty heavy twist.

Hmm, these are more about that character being among humans than a broader "in society" concept.
Neprijatelj [The Enemy] (2011) - there's enough ambiguity that I don't consider the title a spoiler. Just saw it for the first time the other day and it's really stuck with me.
Devil (2010) - interesting concept. Set expectations to stun.
Bedazzled (1967) - genuinely funny Peter Cook & Dudley Moore comedy. Much preferred over the 2000 remake.
The TV series Lucifer.
