Resident Evil 2 Licker-like monster
Does anyone here know of any monster movies from the 90's that had a skinless monster very similar in appearance to the lickers off Resident Evil 2?I was real young when i stumbled across the cover so i can't exactly remember what it was called but on the back there was a chick that had a mutated/rotting face(also kinda like a licker)and a black dude in a brown state trooper uniform stumbling away from some firey wreckage.
Sorry,I know its a bit vague but i'm hoping i rings some bells.
