throughout the movie harry keeps saying that he became unattracted to his wife because he thought that she looked like max schmell. is this a real person or just a name he made up? i tried wikipedia-ing the name, but alas it was no help. anyone know?

the name is not max schmell but max schmeling...who was a famous german boxer.
