Woody's best performance?
Idk if it was the language or his whole new approach to doing his character, but Woody was great in this film.

I think it's between this and Broadway Danny Rose. And of course he's also terrific in Annie Hall and Manhattan, and the end scene in Crimes and Misdemeanors.

In my opinion, one of his best but not THE best performance...

Far from it - he´s annoying as hell here; his best performance is likely in Broadway Danny Rose. However, he does seem to be swearing - and especially using the word "f-ck" - here more than in all his other pictures put together, though.
