Did anyone else thought it was Gary Oldman?

I just watched this film on Comcast yesterday, I thought that was Gary Oldman who played Jack when it was really Robert Patrick?

While Gary Oldman does change his appearance for a number of movies I didn't think it was him.

i did as well! for about 20 secs when he first appeared then realised it wasn't so paused it to come on here and check who it was it bugged me so much!

I initially thought it was Oldman, too. Realized it wasn't, but still couldn't determine. Robert Patrick caught me off guard.
