Freddie's House Location
It appeared that Freddie's house was along the Hudson River, this on a local cop's salary. Garrison must be paying their force handily if he can afford this type of prime realty.
shareThis is the part of the movie that made me laugh. "Garrison" is actually Ft. Lee, New Jersey. Not exactly a place you would find a lot of blue collar types with river front views of Manhattan.

shareGarrison is not Fort Lee but rather Edgewater, New Jersey. These days it's been pretty gentrified full of high price condos and upscale markets but from the 70s-90s it was a modest hamlet.
