dvd?
hey, does anyone know if criterion has it in their plans to release this? or should i just get the now-available dvd?
shareI have both the Mei Ah and Kino versions of this DVD and they have some differences. The Kino version I got from Tower Records, the Mei Ah versions from Hong Kong. I am watching the Kino one for the first time as we speak, so I have yet to see all the changes. But so far they've cut a few scenes and added some other new footage I haven't seen before, and some of the dialogue has been moved. The Kino presentation and sound are much better. More later.
