Finally on blu ray!
I've been waiting nearly 15 years for this to come out on blu-ray! One of my all time favorite films, Breakdown is still such a thrilling, nail-biting experience after all these years. The blu-ray comes with some entertaining special features, including an alternate opening that was wisely cut, but is nonetheless a lot of fun to watch as a fan of the film and the lead characters.
Now I just need Paramount to do a similar release for The Ghost and the Darkness, another terrific mid-90s gem.
