Was the guy in the bank who asks the manager about a car loan in on it?
In the scene where Jeff is trying to get a cash advance from his credit card, and begins to tell the manager that something is going on, a guy walks up and interrupts them. He has that look and feel like he is one of the guys who is in on the whole thing. Even though he can clearly see that the bank manager is with someone at that moment, he still makes it a point to step in. Hinting at Jeff to hush. So, in all likelihood, he was in on it. However, Redd never mentions him. The other guys never mention him. And he is not seen again, so really, it is only implied that he is in on it. Also, as others on here have mentioned $90,000 is not a lot of money when it is split up several different ways. So, that would be yet another person with whom the money would have to be divided, making everyone's portion even smaller. Unless the guy agreed to a smaller payout since he really didn't have that big of a role in the whole thing. But, still, he would want something.
