Even though thought movie isn't great, the music is excellent.
BUY THE SOUNDTRACK. MAKE SURE THE BLUES NEVER DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
True- they should have never bothered with the film, and just put out the CD!!!
shareI checked the soundtrack listing, and everyone is the Blues Brothers band is listed along with instrument played, except for Willie Hall. It shows that the drummer on the soundtrack is Anton Fig. Is everyone related to the Letterman show related to the Blues Brothers?

I'm guessing Willie wasn't available for all of the recording session. And since Paul Shaffer was involved with the original Blues Brothers' performances back on SNL, as well as this movie, it only made sense that his drummer on Letterman would be asked to do it. Anton is a great drummer.
