Sesame Syrup?
What is sesame syrup?
shareits an asian desert - most similar thing to a western desert is tapioca pudding or more western yet - creme brulee (but with roasted sesame seeds of inside of course)
it is a chinese "sweet soup" dessert made of mainly grounded black sesame. it's my dad and i's favourite sweet soup.
shareThe dish 芝麻糊 (jee mah woo in Cantonese) translates literally to sesame paste, but it is actually a thick soup that is greyish black in color.

I use to eat this as a kid, but no longer. Frankly, sweet soupy mixtures are not my idea of a dessert.
