Thats rubbish...children love this film. Maybe you need to lighten up a bit and take it as its meant to be...a CHILDRENS film. Jesus, how boring are you?

Chloe, you will be offended by the paper, because i am 16, and love both the original and this,(not so much Magical World) and was shocked by how cynical it was. There are people who like this movie, like me, and they shouldn't have to feel offended, like I was, about what someone says. If you hate a movie, that's fine with me, but I wish people would be nicer about putting their opinions across, because the criticisms are really unjust. Yes, it's not perfect, but kids will love it. I know because I was one of them.
FLAWS:
The animation in some places.
Forte's animation.
The story takes a while to get going.
STRENGTHS:
Above average songs
Voice talents(most notably Tim Curry)
The writing isn't bad at all.
Charming animated sequences in the musical numbers
Lumiere and Cogsworth.
In conclusion, a harmless and quite charming animation that wasn't meant to be as good as the original. Bethany
