Why the prince is still the beast and his servants are still household objects? Didn't they turned back to their original form in the last movie?

It happened during the the middle of Beauty and the Beast while she is being held captive. I'm pretty sure, I haven't seen it in like 15 years. Came here because I was debating on buying it.
